I Love Dogs.

On January 30, 2013, I said goodbye to my rottweiler, Monty, and in July 2014, he directed me to Halifax, Nova Scotia where I found and adopted my second Heart-dog, Lucy ...both are inspirations for my second book, The Space Between Dogs.

I Run. I Hike. I Walk.

Running, hiking and walking with my dog gets me into my head, and out of my head, and long, flat beaches, seaside or forest walks and long-distance coastal hikes are my favorite places to be. That's the Lycian Way in Turkey.
